The Gwinnett Gladiators will participate with not-for-profit and civic organizations within the greater Atlanta area who are seeking to raise funds for their organization or to reward those individuals who have been instrumental to the success of their particular cause. Examples of participation by the Gladiators include donation of merchandise and game tickets, player and mascot appearances and ticket sales fundraising opportunities.

To date, the Gladiators have contributed more than $500,000 worth of merchandise and tickets to various groups and organizations while $250,000 has been generated by groups through fundraisers. In addition to donations and fundraisers, the Gladiators December 2009 coat drive yielded more than 600 coats and the January 2010 Teddy Bear Toss generated more than 5,000 stuffed animals which the Gladiators donated to more than two dozen local agencies in North Georgia.

1) Your request must be on your organization’s letterhead.
2) All the pertinent specifics of your organizations event. (Day & Date, Time, Location, Number in attendance, etc…)
3) As much advance notice as possible. 30-45 days is preferred.
4) The name of the Contact person and where they can be reached.
