The answers to all of your questions about shopping with the Gladiators can be found on this page quickly and easily! Please scroll through our list of questions to find the answer you're looking for.

How do I place an order?
Shopping with us online is simple! Use the navigation bar above to browse our categories. When you find an item that you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button. After you have entered the product in your basket you can return to the store to browse for more products. When you are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button at the bottom of the right navigation strip. Your total order will be summarized and you will have the option to make any changes to your order that you wish.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. After your order leaves our office, delivery times vary according to the shipping method (items are shipped either 1st Class USPS or Priority Mail) and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Do I have to pay extra charges for delivery outside the US?
Yes! All Canadian Orders should be placed by contacting our office at 770-497-5100 and will have additional shipping charges added on to their final total. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship overseas. If you live overseas and have someone here in the States that would receive your order for you, you may place your order and use their address for shipping.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every merchandise item that you purchase from the Gladiators. If you are not satisfied with a merchandise item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How do I redeem Gift Cards?
The easiest way is to visit our office. If you are unable to make it in, however, you can call the office at 770-497-5100 with your gift card handy and place your order over the phone.

How do I purchase Gift Cards?
Go to the gift card page and select the amount you'd like. Gift cards can also be purchased in person at the Gladiators Front Office.

I'd like to visit the office to make my purchase - when is the best time?
The Gladiators Front Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm unless otherwise noted on our home page. As we keep a small supply of merchandise in our office and not our full line, we encourage you to give us a call before you come down. If you know what you're looking for, we can make sure we have it available for you and save you some time once you arrive! Directions to our office can be found on the shop home page.

Can I get Gladiators merchandise anywhere other than the Arena?
Currently, the only place Gladiators Merchandise is available is here in our office at The Arena at Gwinnett Center.
