To change an account’s contact name, notification must be made in writing to the Gwinnett Gladiators by the season ticket owner. To change an account’s street address, mailing address or e-mail address, notification must be made in writing by the season ticket holder of record.FOOD & BEVERAGES
No outside food or beverages may be brought into the Arena at Gwinnett Center.GAME TIMES
All games Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday games begin at 7:05PM.
All games on Friday begin at 7:35PM.
All games on Sunday will begin at 4:05PM
**Gates will open 60 minutes before starting time**IMPROPER CONDUCT
Improper conduct which may include but is not limited to profane language and throwing anything onto the ice or in the stands will result in ejection from the arena. Repeated offenses will result in the loss of ticket privileges as determined by the Gwinnett Gladiators. No refunds will be given.LOST TICKETS
Your season tickets are valuable so please keep them in a safe place. Also please make certain that you detach the proper ticket for the game which you are attending. If a ticket has been lost you will need to report to the will call window at the “Arena at Gwinnett Center” beginning 90 minutes prior to the game, provide a photo ID and obtain a seat replacement pass.SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted inside the “Arena at Gwinnett Center.” There are designed smoking areas outside the building.BOX OFFICE HOURS
